Partners and Funders
30×30 exists through the power of collaboration. Through direct funding, in-kind support for participating agencies, and pro bono contributions, we are building a network of committed organizations and individuals dedicated to advancing and supporting women in policing. We are grateful to everyone who lends their time, talent, and resources to support our work. Thank you for your commitment and interest in our mission.

Funding data analysis of existing surveys and reports and a literature review to identify what works and what matters most for advancing women in policing, which will result in a publicly available implementation guide for improving the recruitment and retention of women
Mark43
Funded a national listening session with 30×30 agencies in partnership with the documentary team from Women in Blue, allowing us to hear directly from women officers across the country about their needs and priorities.
